HỌC TẬP KẾT HỢP TRONG CÁC CHƯƠNG TRÌNH ĐỌC MỞ RỘNG: NHẬN THỨC CỦA GIẢNG VIÊN VÀ SINH VIÊN

Nghiên cứu khảo sát nhận thức của giảng viên và sinh viên về mô hình học tập kết hợp trong các chương trình đọc mở rộng tại một trường đại học quân đội ở Việt Nam. Phương pháp nghiên cứu hỗn hợp được áp dụng, thu thập dữ liệu định lượng từ 74 sinh viên không chuyên tiếng Anh và dữ liệu định tính từ sáu giảng viên tiếng Anh. Kết quả phân tích định lượng cho thấy sinh viên đánh giá cao việc tham gia các hoạt động nhóm trực tuyến và trực tiếp (M=4.42, SD=0.497) và ghi nhận sự gia tăng động lực đọc mở rộng (M=4.18, SD=0.383). Tuy nhiên, một số khó khăn cũng được liệt kê, bao gồm: lỗi kỹ thuật (M=4.47, SD=0.503), mệt mỏi khi đọc tài liệu số (M=4.32, SD=0.471), và những hạn chế phát sinh từ giáo dục trong môi trường quân đội (M=4.34, SD=0.407). Dù vậy, nhìn chung, sinh viên vẫn đánh giá tích cực chương trình và đề xuất tiếp tục áp dụng mô hình học tập kết hợp trong tương lai (M=4.51, SD=0.503). Kết quả định tính từ phỏng vấn giảng viên cho thấy việc sử dụng nền tảng số đã tăng khả năng tiếp cận tài liệu đọc đến nhiều sinh viên hơn và thúc đẩy động lực học tập nhờ tính ẩn danh. Nghiên cứu cũng đề xuất một số khuyến nghị nhằm giúp giảng viên điều chỉnh phương pháp giảng dạy và đầu tư vào phát triển chuyên môn nhằm triển khai hiệu quả chương trình đọc mở rộng theo mô hình học tập kết hợp.
