Abstract
Tóm tắt: Bài viết này trình bày một cách có phê phán các loại năng lực ngôn ngữ, dụng học, giao tiếp và (giao tiếp) liên văn hóa với nhận định rằng các loại năng lực đó được đặt trong các chu cảnh khác nhau của quan tâm học thuật và nhu cầu xã hội.
