TÌNH HÌNH GIẢNG DẠY VÀ NGHIÊN CỨU VỀ XÃ HỘI HÀN QUỐC TẠI VIỆT NAM

Abstract

Using statistical and analysis methods from previous sources as well as self-assembled sources, this article has clarified two issues: (1) the situation of teaching Korean society in Vietnam and (2) the situation of researching Korean society in Vietnam. In terms of teaching, most universities are well aware of the importance and necessity of the subjects related to Korean society and include these subjects in the curriculum as a specialized subject. Regarding research, in general, the field of Korean social topics has not been exploited as much as other topics such as economy, culture, politics - diplomacy. The biggest limitation that needs to be overcome in the near future is the lack of teaching and researching staff with indepth specializations in sociology or Korean society.
