APPLICATION OF AI SUNO FOR ENHANCING BEGINNER-LEVEL RUSSIAN LISTENING COMPREHENSION SKILLS

Abstract

In the context of digital transformation and the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI), the integration of technological tools into foreign language teaching has become increasingly prevalent. This article focuses on exploring the potential application of the AI platform Suno in supporting the development of Russian listening comprehension skills among Vietnamese students at the beginner level. The research was conducted in the form of an experimental survey combined with content analysis, aiming to evaluate the effectiveness, attractiveness, and pedagogical relevance of AI-generated songs. The primary objective is to enhance learners’ ability to perceive and process linguistic information. The findings indicate that the use of Suno not only increases students’ engagement in learning but also contributes to the improvement of listening comprehension by providing rich, personalized, and easily accessible language input. Based on these results, the article proposes several pedagogical orientations for the effective integration of AI technology into the teaching and learning of Russian in Vietnam.
