This serial publication provides researchers with the opportunity to publish research covering aspects in these areas in the popular&nbsp;</span><em><span style="font-weight: 400;">VNU Journal of Science</span></em><span style="font-weight: 400;">&nbsp;series.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As a fully open access publication, the journal will provide maximum exposure for published articles, making the research available to all to read and share. The journal will be published&nbsp;bimonthly&nbsp;in February, April, June, August, October and December.</span></p> <p><strong>Scope</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">JS:&nbsp;FS is an open access journal publishing double-blinded peer-reviewed research papers, discussions and reviews dealing with Linguistics, Foreign language education, International studies, Related social sciences and humanities.</span></p> <p><strong>Peer Review Process</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Any manuscript followed the journal&rsquo;s scope and author guideline will be assigned to the managing editors. Fee Payment Principles</strong></p><p style="margin-left:0cm;text-align:justify;">a) <strong>No Submission Fee:</strong> No charges are incurred during the submission, desk review, or peer review assignment stages when authors submit manuscripts via the Journal's official website (<a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://jfs.ulis.vnu.edu.vn/"><span style="color:blue;">https://jfs.ulis.vnu.edu.vn/</span></a>).</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;text-align:justify;">b) <strong>Payment Upon Formal Acceptance:</strong> The Article Processing Charge (APC) is payable only after the manuscript has successfully passed the double-blind peer review process with approval from two reviewers and formal acceptance by the Editorial Board.</p><p style="margin-left:0cm;text-align:justify;">c) <strong>Third Reviewer Engagement:</strong> In the event that one of the two peer reviewers rejects the manuscript, a third reviewer will be appointed based on practical assessment. Failure to pay or respond within this timeframe will result in the rejection of publication.</p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Step 3:</strong> Upon completing the transaction, the author must send a confirmation email attaching proof of successful payment/receipt to the Journal's official email address.
